Do you offer discounts for first-time customers?

What payment methods do you accept?

Currently we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. 

How does Shop Pay Installments work?

Shop Pay Installments allows you to split your payment in 4 interest free payments for orders between $50 and $1000! These interest free payments do not have an affect on your credit score and give you the flexibility to shop now and pay later.  

Do you ship to PO boxes?

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO box addresses.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, at this time we only ship within the United States.

What shipping carrier do you work with?

We currently ship our packages via USPS and UPS for Hawaii and Alaska orders.

When can I expect for my order to ship?

Orders received before 4PM EST are shipped same day Monday – Friday. If an order is received after 4PM EST it is shipped the next business day (this includes 2-day and Next Business Day orders). Please note that this shipping schedule excludes holidays.

How long will it take to receive my order?

If you select ground shipping please see below date estimates for when your order will be received after it has been shipped:

Within South Florida: 1 Business Day

Within the continental United States: 3 – 7 Business Days.

Within Hawaii and Alaska: 7 – 10 Business Days

Can I change my shipping address once my order has been placed?

If your order has not yet been shipped we are able to update the shipping details. If the order has been shipped we are unable to make any address changes.

Can I cancel an order?

If your order has not yet been shipped you are able to cancel it. If the order has been shipped unfortunately we are unable to cancel it and you will need to contact our Customer Care team at hello@theguidebykgp.com to coordinate an RA. 

How do I track my order?

An email notification will be sent to you with your tracking information to the email address provided when you placed your order. Sometimes our emails can go to your inbox's spam folder so if you have not received anything you can check there. If you still cannot find your shipping confirmation please contact us at hello@theguidebykgp.com.

What if my package shows delivered, but has not arrived?

Please contact us at hello@theguidebykgp.com with your order number so that we can get in touch with the carrier. The Guide by KGP will not be held responsible for any lost/stolen packages once a proof of delivery has been generated. 

What is your return and exchange policy?

As a small business please understand that we have a strict return policy as we thrive on bringing you curated items on a monthly basis. Returns and exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of the item being delivered to you. We offer free returns and exchanges for all full price orders. Kindly email us at hello@theguidebykgp.com to receive your RA# and a prepaid return shipping label. The item being returned must arrive within 14 days of the return label being issued. Please keep in mind transit time when making your return to be sure it arrives by the 14th day mark. Once received your item will be refunded. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If your item is received after the 14 days a store credit will be issued. Store credits are issued as an e-gift card and they do not expire. Items that are being returned must be in their original condition. If the item shows evidence of wear, is broken, or altered we have the right to reject the item. If the item is rejected it will be shipped back to the customer. *Sale items are FINAL SALE without exception.

What should I do if my item is damaged or defective?

Please email us at hello@theguidebykgp.com with your order number, description of the issue and images so that we can assist you.

Are returns and exchanges free?

Yes! We will send you a prepaid return shipping label for approved returns and exchanges.

How long does a return or exchange take to process?

Returns and exchanges are processed within 1 business day of receiving. For a return where a refund has been issued your refund can take 1-3 business days to post to your debit/credit card statement.

What does “final sale” mean?

Final sale means that the item is ineligible for return/exchange without exception.

The item I want is sold out. Is there anything I can do to get it?

Join the waitlist by adding your email to the waitlist in the box that says "Notify When Available". If we are able to restock the item you will receive an email notification the moment it becomes available.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes, we do! Please note these are e-gift cards so you will not be receiving a physical card.

Promotions Info

During our BOGO sales you will receive the discounted price on the lesser priced item. 

Please note that we are unable to price match items if you purchased prior to a promotion. Also, if you purchased an item during a promo period and another promotion on the item happens we are unable to price match. Our promotions are held for a limited time and price promos are subject to change.
